ISG have developed a unique product in the Australian market for the transport of mer-chant bar on road and rail.

FEATURES INCLUDE

• Extra Internal Length to allow product lengths of 6050mm to be loaded
• Hinged end wall to allow loading of product with overhead magnets
• Both end walls removable for relocation and customisation
• Both end walls fully tested and certified as load restraining headboards.
• Corner Posts designed to form transverse restraint of product.
• Removable Stanchions which also restrain timber dunnage blocks
• Internal width allows for loading of five bundles of merchant bar per layer
• Fitted with “EV- CAM” chain winches. Approved by one steel as alternative to dog and chain.
• Restraint system designed specifically to meet the RTA “Load Restraint Guide” requirements
• Tested in accordance with ISO 1496 and RTA Load Restraint requirements.
